What made you decide Salesforce was for you?
I chose the Salesforce ecosystem as my technology of choice because it is the world’s leading CRM platform. I was introduced to Salesforce and Trailhead, and the more I learned about it, the more I realized that Salesforce was the right technology for me. I was drawn to Salesforce’s commitment to innovation, its powerful platform, and its thriving community of Trailblazers, which is a supportive and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about Salesforce.
What is your favourite Trailhead badge, and why?
The Developer Super Set is my favorite Trailhead badge because it covers the essential skills for Salesforce developers, including Apex, integrations, and automations. I recommend this badge to anyone who loves coding or wants to start a career in Salesforce development.
What’s one piece of advice for other Trailblazers on how to succeed with Salesforce?
Join the Trailblazer Community and contribute to the Salesforce ecosystem to succeed with Salesforce. The Trailblazer Community is a global community of Salesforce professionals who are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge. You can get involved by attending meetups, joining online groups, and contributing to the Trailblazer Forums. Contributing to the ecosystem is another great way to succeed with Salesforce. You can contribute by creating Trailhead modules, writing blog posts, and speaking at Salesforce events.
How did you get involved in the Trailblazer Community?
I discovered the Trailblazer Community events when I was in my second-to-last semester of university. I was excited to learn more about Salesforce, so I attended my first event organized by the Admin Group, Karachi, led by Hamza Siddiqui. I was immediately impressed by the welcoming and supportive environment of the Trailblazer Community. I started attending events regularly and brought my friends along to introduce them to Salesforce. Inspired by the leading Trailblazers in Karachi, such as Hamza Siddiqui, Mohsin Raza, and Zaid Darbar, I wanted to give back to the community.
Who has helped you most in your Salesforce career?
The CloudJunction Advisors and many individuals, such as Hamza Siddiqui, Badar Abbas, Zain Abbas, and Mohsin Raza, have played a vital role in my Salesforce career. They have provided me with guidance, support, and mentorship, helping me to develop my skills and knowledge, and achieve my goals.
What is the one piece of advice you would give to an aspiring Trailblazer?
Never give up on your Salesforce journey. The ecosystem is vast and complex, but the Trailblazer community is supportive and there are many resources available to help you succeed. Get started with Trailhead, join the Trailblazer Community, find a mentor, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

My favorite Trailhead badge is the ‘Admin Superset’ because it provides a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Salesforce administration. It covers a wide range of topics and skills, from data management to automation and security.
What’s one piece of advice for other Trailblazers on how to succeed with Salesforce?
Keep learning and exploring the Salesforce platform’s capabilities. Staying updated with the latest features and releases, and engaging with the Salesforce community will help you unlock its full potential and achieve success in your Salesforce journey.
How did you get involved in the Trailblazer Community?
I got involved in the Trailblazer Community through my active participation and contributions. I attended various sessions as both a speaker and an attendee, always willing to help those who approached me. I even had the privilege of speaking at the Careerfest event at Karachi University. Over time, I took on a leadership role in user groups and became a Trailhead Answer Leader, with over 1,000 answers contributed. This journey has allowed me to connect, learn, and share my knowledge with the vibrant Salesforce community.
Who has helped you most in your Salesforce career?
The success of my Salesforce career has been a collaborative effort, and several individuals and my current workplace, Cloudjunction Advisors, have played instrumental roles. While I can’t name everyone, I want to acknowledge the valuable contributions of individuals like Hamza Siddiqui, Mohsin,, Raza, Zain Abbas, Tiham Siddiqui, Badar Abbas, and my colleagues at Cloudjunction Advisors. Their guidance, mentorship, and teamwork have been pivotal in shaping my Salesforce journey.
What is the one piece of advice you would give to an aspiring Trailblazer?
One piece of advice for aspiring Trailblazers is to never stop learning and exploring. The Salesforce ecosystem is vast and ever-evolving, so embrace continuous education, stay curious, and actively engage with the Trailblazer Community. This will not only expand your knowledge but also open doors to countless opportunities for personal and professional growth on your Salesforce journey.

What made you decide Salesforce was for you?
Salesforce is a highly scalable and customizable platform that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of any organization. I come from Oracle Fusion Middleware background and those systems were not very customizable.
What is your favourite Trailhead badge, and why?
Formulas and Validations: It teaches some of the most important tools that I continue to use to this day.
What’s one piece of advice for other Trailblazers on how to succeed with Salesforce?
Keep learning as Salesforce is constantly evolving platform.
